Step 2: Turning Ideas into a Design

We design the brackets to line up with your chassis, balance the weight so your truck handles well, and place baffles inside the tank to keep water from sloshing around. Every accessory you want, whether it’s a hose reel, ladder, or custom spray system is built right into the design.
By the time the design is finalized, we’ve got a virtual blueprint that shows exactly how your tank will perform in the real world.
Step 3: Cutting, Welding, and Assembly
This is where the fun really begins. Once the design is approved, our fabrication team starts shaping the raw steel into a tank that’s made to last.
- Large sheets of metal are cut with precision equipment.
- The curved sides of the tank are rolled and formed.
- Baffles are welded in place to stabilize the load.
- Every seam is welded tight and inspected for strength.
Finally, we coat the tank to protect against rust and corrosion, giving it a long working life even in tough conditions.
Step 4: Bringing It All Together
Once the tank itself is complete, it’s time to turn it into a fully functioning water system. All the plumbing and accessories are installed, and the tank is mounted securely to your chassis (if you’ve provided your chassis… if not, we ship the tank as needed).
That means pumps, valves, spray bars, and hose reels get hooked up and tested. Ladders, fenders, and safety rails are added.

Step 5: Testing, Testing, Testing
